Constructive Communication


Do you have blind faith in your teammates? 

You and your colleagues build a cool buggy as a team using beautiful construction materials. There is one big problem... Who has the blueprints? Imagine the following situation... Each team consists of 4 to 6 participants. Two rooms per team: one with huge construction material and a walkie-talkie, the other with some construction drawings and a walkie-talkie. Which team translates the drawings best so that the teammates in the other room know what to make?

How does this program work

Earn parts of the blueprints

Within each team there are three tasks: reading drawings, actually building and solving assignments. In the first part of this program, the teams will work on solving the assignments to earn parts of the building plan. This gives a possible lead over the other teams!


Pleasure in precision

In the final, the teams will use the buggy they built for an exciting race! The team that has made the fewest mistakes in construction gets a lead in the race, because every construction error means a penalty second in the race. Which team will complete the course with the buggy the fastest? Which team will win the Constructive Communication?
