How does this program work

The first phase of this program is the design phase. A large part of the construction is on 3D construction drawing. That part is the same for every team. In the final, in a fixed time unit, the teams must park the mobile windmill in front of the wind machine, switch on the wind machine, then generate as much energy as possible using wind energy and have as many revolutions as possible in a freewheel. Each mill drives a dynamo with the blades. Who provides the highest peak measurement in mV. Which team will win the Sustainable Energy Challenge?
