How does this program work

A unique mix of real team building and original charity 'around the corner' provide a rare 'we feeling' and an exciting battle between the teams. Variety of tasks ensures involvement. All participants feel involved because of the wide variety of tasks that can be divided; playing games to earn money, shopping in the bike shop, tinkering with the bikes, doing and solving bike related tasks. In this way you eventually arrive at a built bicycle.

In a hilarious finale, two representatives from each team participate in a relay race on your team-built BMX bike and mini-bike. Which team will win the race and make the best bike? Charity and team spirit ultimately triumph, transcending the struggle! All teams together are responsible for the gift they give to the foundation chosen by all colleagues. At the same time, each team can get the feeling that they mean something extra, because by finishing best in the Build a Bike competition, the winning team donates the corresponding bicycles and safety helmets to charity.
